About Me

I am a Research Fellow at the School of Electrical and Data Engineering at UTS.
My research involves analyzing and understanding the complex neural dynamics that underlie perception, categorization, learning processes, motor control and ultimately high-level thought.
Linking across scales and systems is necessary to understand how dynamical patterns of neural activity are directed to ultimately support mental processing. Such understanding could significantly broaden treatment options for mental illnesses, and inspire new efforts to create novel algorithms for neural computation.
